This is what prompted my post regarding the Secret Service...
1st clue: It's on 4chan.
2nd clue: Secret Service field personnel are agents, not "officers".
3rd clue: 3 minutes is roughly the total time of engagement from "man with gun" reported to final shot.
4th clue: "head of secret service" is called Director.
5th clue: The Director of the Secret Service isn't making shot/no-shot decisions from her office in DC. That decision comes from the Special Agent in Charge (SAIC) on the scene.
@Render is there really a Jonathan Willis or is he making it up to be causing confusion?
No idea. But given that the rest of that 4chan post is fiction, it's a reasonable guess to assume the name is fake as well.
