#Politics #NYTimes editorial board publishes op-ed, "Donald #Trump is unfit to lead." But they don't call for him to drop out; instead they call for voters to reject him.
The Times, meanwhile, continues to beat the drum for #Biden to drop out.
So the electorate can decide about #Trump but not #Biden?! More hypocrisy from the NYT.
I'm glad I cancelled my NYT subscription this morning.

@WordsmithFL accurate and precise!
They say he’s unfit, but they don’t call on him to drop out.
They say he’s unfit, but they still have Maggie Haberman print his verbatim wishes.
They say he’s unfit, but they still give him “both sides” headlines.
Only one move then exists.
@WordsmithFL There’s a great book from 12 years ago (Obama versus Romney) called “The Center Holds” by Jonathan Alter. It dives into the dynamics of the contest and how Obama built today’s Blue Wall.
Remember that 70-75% of voters, or 110 million people, have already made up their mind. It’s pretty maddening that some haven’t. Those people are generally disinterested in politics until Election Day. I wish it weren’t so, but I cannot deny the reality of their foolishness.
@WordsmithFL I'm not very familiar with French left of center party politics, but I wonder if they are as historically fond of shooting each other in the genitals as ours?
@mikeharmanos
@mikeharmanos Why can't the voters decide about #Biden?!
Crickets.
There's no unicorn out there who can guarantee a #Trump defeat. The GOP already has ample oppo research on any plausible Democratic candidate. They'll be after Harris as soon as she's anointed.
Come September, Dems would be saying, "I wish we'd stuck it out with Biden."
The French left and left-center beat Le Pen by unifying, not tearing each other apart. This is foolish.
