@LnzyHou Why are you assuming that's what I'm looking for? Though I'm not sure I'd want to be active anywhere that discounts outrage. Outrage can be a very useful tool at times. what ios it about outrage that makes it off-limits? Sometimes voices have to be raised to get attention, n'est ce pas?
