@amarand it’s supposed to be focused on privacy since you only own your notes locally. I believe if you want cloud sync you get encryption but you need to pay now to use the sync functionality.
But what I love about it is the fact that you don’t need to store your notes in traditional file /folder system but still be able to find all your content easily
