I was trying to say, apparently not very well, that those inequality-enhancing effects may be canceled out by the long-term damage that can be caused by the drugs. Thyroid tumors are a known side-effect, as is stomach paralysis. Sometimes the winners of the inequality sweepstakes have a payment due.
