personal curiosity, nothing more: I'd like to see how much of #Russia natural resources (oil, gas, metals, rare earths etc...) are on each side of the Urals, e.g (making numbers up) oil = 30% west/70% east etc). Anybody knows/can point me to such reports? TIA!
