VERY interesting difference between "White #Catholics" and "Hispanic Catholics" (a distinction only Americans would make, btw)
Does anybody have explanations? Thoughts?

It might have something to do with wealth; 'having' and 'not having'
This is interesting though it's not obvious when the data was collected;
@matty7w very good point. That's surely a factor. Indeed, the few american Catholics I met personally all are in the "having" category, and with one exception, surely vote Republican
@mfioretti Most of the Hispanic Catholics I know are very in tune with what the Pope says. If the Pope says gay people are loved by God, or if he says they should take care of strangers, they believe it. Whereas white Catholics want to think that God wants them to not accept immigrants or gay people and that the Pope is wrong, or "of the devil" or under the control of George Soros or the WEF or something.
