Oh goodie, I think my yearly S.A.D. has hit. Thinking of getting one of those full spectrum visors this year that I can just wear as I move around instead of being stuck sitting awkwardly next to my lamp for at least a half hour every day.
@meganpaasch I suffered with SAD for years before talking to my doctor. I have a prescription I take from Oct-March and it's been well worth it.
