Got a sleep mask with built-in headphones and listened to Brain.FM's deep sleep mode with rain sounds instead of their default music last night, and was OUT the entire night. Still not feeling rested because I didn't start it until after 1:30am....👀 And also my head is clogged up with allergies. But maybe keeping that up every night + consistently going to bed at a decent hour will start to pay off? Like...sleeping well may actually be possible? Is this magic?

@meganpaasch Best non-chemical allergy aid for me is Breathe Right strips. Helps a lot to keep things open.

I've been chasing perfect sleep for several years and am very close to achieving it regularly. Keep tinkering and working at it. My next change is ending late night snacking, which seems to disrupt my sleep.
