@PillbroBaggins I assume probably not, since there's no way to tell who is using the service, and by design VPNs are pretty secretive. I'm no expert on the subject so I may be wrong, but it tends to be a black and white scenario. You ban known VPN addresses or you allow them.

Problem is, what helps keep crooks safe is the same thing that keeps regular people safe.
