I really am not seeing the big deal with other Mastodon sites isolating CoSo. I mean it sounds like they're being dicks, but who cares?
The #1 instance is a Japanese lolicon community - it's all drawings of foxes with dicks and sexualized preteen girls. All of the top 10 save for CoSo and the main Mastodon site are non-English. So sue me but are we REALLY missing out by not being able to cross message with them? Cuz I dunno about you guys but I don't chat up furries.
@malice Slightly related. I have a friend irl who is a furry. He finds it deeply frustrating as nearly all the local scene is gay and he's straight. All he wants from life is his wolfie opposite and he can't find her. Poor fella!
