@emaz @Mcuban Verizon already does throttle, even on their unlimited data plans. They throttle the top however many percent of bandwidth gobblers, and not, as far as I'm aware, certain types of data. Granted that's because up until now, they simply weren't allowed to.

Cell phones are most common for casual use (Facebook, google or whatever), but anything regarding work, school, or something like streaming movies, the majority of people use a laptop/desktop. I don't think that's going anywhere.
