Wow. This individual had a PRO account for 2 years until last night, and had made no contact to support in all that time, over ANY issues. Also never logged into their Subscription Management Portal as provided where they can cancel or pause their subscription. Two years but now suddenly 'Product unacceptable' and filing disputes????

People are strange.
