Something has to be done about cellular phone providers!

I have a rinky dink little flip phone (My choice ) but the scam calls just keep rolling in day after day. Usually, it's tax scam bs floating through an auto dialer. I block those but the scammers just change the numbers so I have to clear out my blocked # list every few months to stay ahead. Then today some clown calls and it's unknown number. Phone didn't even ring got notification of a missed call. What is that?!?😡
