Ehlers-Danlos flare ups are bothersome and stupid. I think this is day 4??? They usually last about a week for me. They don't happen very often and I still continue my life with like a 5/10 pain and everything spasming horrifically which is usually what happens, but uuuuuugggghhhhhh.
