Feels good to be able to work out properly again, taken months to get back to this point after being completely crippled for half a year. Been a week of working out before bed and getting really good sleep. Missed the full work out last night, woke up with the brainworms again, soon as we worked out, felt so much better again. Having a totally different outlook on fitness is lifechanging, its no longer "we wanna look good" its "this is the mental health care we need"... highly recommend ❤️
