So the back issues might be hormone related (3 of the 4 times its given out have been the same time of the month) and there is a known link between elevated hormone levels and back issues. Be cool if the body stops thinking we are preggers and loosening our joints, considering we haven't been laid in 18 months lol. The eds combined with it is likely whats causing the muscles to pull things out of place. Hopefully can get some help with hormone levels and bring it right. #chronicillness
@Amyfb haven't tried it yet but it's on the list β€πβ€π eds definitely complicates things, a lot of figuring out how to work around things and what complications its adding. Hopefully figure out something with this one x ty btw
@lilyunsub Hope you can find some relief. EDS is a lousy thing to add to any health care 'mix'; I've got some friends battling it in various ways.
I always had horrid back pain during menses but never had any success with meds or other therapy that prevented it. Just palliative treatments, aspirin and the like.
Does massage therapy bring you any relief?
