@catlynne333 The answer is the patriarchy, where any woman who would dare besmirch a man (especially a man in a position of power) must automatically be a lying, gold digging whore out for 15 minutes of fame. And if whatever she alleges happens to turn out true, it was her fault for leading him on/being drunk/not saying no/not quitting/not having a sense of humour/etc.
