I can't control a lot these days, but I can control my physical activities. trying to keep myself in playing shape if an ice hockey team calls me up for games. walking about 3 miles a day. weight/core 10 minutes a day. it is what I can do with all my previous injuries, but it helps!
When you walk through the neighborhood on football Sunday, the aroma is amazing and will generally lead to finding a new BBQ place. 🍖 Jack’s BBQ in Algona.

Getting a root canal and crown redone at the dentist. The old ones were deteriorating from age. This is going to be a fun day. At least the new dentist and her team are very cool. 🦷
@evistre yeah. I let her smell it, but she doesn't get any of my food or drink. if I have chocolate milk, she literally climbs me to try and get the glass. :D
Sunspot really wanted my jalapeno cheddar pepperoni stick. She wants to try everything I'm eating. She also LOVES chocolate milk. (she did not get any pepperoni)

restarting Star Wars: Outlaws after the major patch drop. yeah, I do that. if a patch makes big swings in gameplay, I want to feel what the game would be like in the new version from the beginning. #StarWarsOutlaws
