Roller blading for the first time in about 4 years went about as well as you’d expect. Two strides, wiped out, got back up, and kept going. Different feel than ice skating. Will work my way back to longer distances. 💪

my "day of joy" yesterday consisted of a sugar cookie with rainbow sprinkles, video game and kitty time, visiting a local smokehouse/butcher, more video games and kitties, talking with friends.
