Summertime picnics are great for all kinds of food, but cold salads are probably my favorite. This recipe takes baked salmon and turns it into a tuna salad-like dish that is great for sandwiches or just straight from the bowl. #larryskitchen
my "day of joy" yesterday consisted of a sugar cookie with rainbow sprinkles, video game and kitty time, visiting a local smokehouse/butcher, more video games and kitties, talking with friends.
I'd like more of this, but being a responsible human being is getting in the way.
noticing a pattern lately. Three or four good days followed by two or three bad days. going to try to break the loop today by only doing things that bring me joy and leaving the disappointment behind. wish me luck.

this was a first: I got interviewed today by a virtual recruiter. I didn't even know they were a thing! not sure how my answers were recorded, but it was very excited by what I had to say.

Fish and seafood are extremely healthy, providing plenty of benefits beyond great taste. Preparing a filet depends on what type of fish and how you want the final dish to taste.
