when I get job alerts for a corporate paralegal position, I wonder if the failure is in my resume or their search functionality. not saying I wouldn't be good at that, but it isn't along my overall communications job goal path. #OpenForWork
@lfrum It’s an automated keyword search. Add more words up front that would apply to the level you want and catch the search bot’s eye.
