For the longest time, eggs got a bad rap from the lower cholesterol people. But eggs are incredibly healthy these days and good for just about every meal – including snacks.

@lfrum ITA. What you eat doesn't generally affect your cholesterol (trans fats aside) as measured by common health care (there may be an effect on the sizes of LDL but eggs & milk may create large fluffy safer LDL). I now eat 1-5 eggs a day (depending on what dinner is) about 6-7 dozen a month.. & it hasn't raised my cholesterol at all.

Now, they don't want to count your HDL as being good.

The issue is that nutrition is pseudo science bcuz they rely on questionnaires - not controlled studies.
