today marks 4 complete weeks of exercise (weights or stretching) plus returning to ice hockey/outdoor walking. I've lost 3.9 pounds and feeling better about my physical form. I have goals, and I know the road is paved with potholes, but I can and will control this. no matter the outcome.

Good for you. I’m beginning my journey as well. Walking a half hour in 40° with 20 mph winds & light rain was no picnic. But I did it.
