@leejackson I get that about zero. For me, it's zero sugar in the soda realm, which I'm trying to cut out ( the soda ). Your physicians can tell you about what to consume. Far be it from me to start saying anything to anyone about what they should live. Best wishes for better health, Lee!
@MisterE Greetings, MisterE!

My recording of the 1984 Houston Nighthawks Drum & Bugle Corps pit percussion line repertoire is now up on SoundCloud! We had a four-person line (bells, xylophone, marimba, vibraphone), with me playing the bells. I'm also the main speaker on the recording. Please give it a listen today!

@leejackson Oh, the gods have been good overall. I can't really complain. I just get irritated and say "I" a lot. I need to re-up my thinking of others more.
I wish you relief from your pain situation.
@leejackson That sounds good for you, Lee.
Pretty normal weekend for me. I have been without my car for the last week while it was in the body shop for repairs. I am going to enjoy getting back to simplicity while driving, and ask the driving gods to keep all inattentive drivers away from my rear bumper. Luck to me. *shrug*
My recording of the 1984 Houston Nighthawks pit percussion section repertoire performance is now up on Soundcloud! I played bells on our drum & bugle corps' four-person line (bells/xylophone/marimba/vibraphone) and spoke most of the words you'll hear on the recording. Please check it out today!

Saw a nurse practitioner at the cardiologist's office today. I told her about the palpitations I've been having that have been draining my energy. She put me on a two-week remote heart monitor and prescribed a low-dose beta blocker. I've already had to trigger the heart monitor several times since this afternoon. The beta blocker prescription will probably be ready tomorrow.
