This was yesterday's breakfast. Lox/smoked salmon on an everything bagel with cream cheese and capers. Nom.

My wife and me at today's IndyCar race. If you look close through my neck brace, you can see my surgical scar from my neck/back surgery.

Me, 1979, 11th Grade. Marching season. I'm lugging around a rare 45lb. 2 1/2-octave Musser marching Marimba (not Xylophone). This is back when I was a skinny kid and had football player shoulders. It's also probably the start of my current cervical spine problems. 😅

...and here's the rear view. You can see the tray behind the metal part. That's where the doctor will insert the bits of bone graft from my hip. Those bits will grow to fuse my four spinal segments together.
