I'm sorry I haven't been around lately. I've had some issues with a rapid heartbeat and PVCs (Premature Ventricular Contractions) today that have forced me to take emergency doses of my clorazepate medication. Said drug has kept me knocked out for most of the day and unable to function.
I promise I shall return, promoting CounterSocial in all its glory, as soon as I am able.

@MisterE No. I've been dealing with the heartbeat/PVC problem for so many years now that I know what to do in case it flares up. I have both my primary care doctor and a cardiologist watching me for problems in that arena - they're the ones who prescribed the chlorazepate. However, if the problem persists through tomorrow, *that's* when I need to see one of them, probably the cardiologist.

@leejackson so strange that you should mention this. Saturday I was lounging on the porch and without any warning my heart rate went from a resting rate of 70 to 156 and stayed there for 30 minutes. My Apple Watch was buzzing and I could feel it in my body. I have an irregular heart beat but have never had that before. When it went back to normal I was exhausted. I just got checked at the cardiologist with only that one problem and no meds so I don’t know what it was.
