Good lord. There are so many flavors going on here that it's hard to nail them down. Chocolate stands out, as does a bit of hazelnut.The combo makes for a full, robust taste that overshadows the "light roast" stereotype. Then again, it's a good way to get rid of all of the light roast coffee I bought for these experiments. 😋
