Playing With Light Roast Coffees, Final Day: Mixing Indian Monsooned Malabar and Congo Kivu. Unfortunately, I had to drag out the Coffee Tamer due to a gastric problem with yesterday's mix.
That said, the flavors of these two blend quite nicely. A good chocolate taste comes through, with the sum being a bit stronger than the original light roasts. I'd lend this backbone to the strength of the Malabar. The combo with the Congo Kivu is quite a nice drink indeed.
