Playing With Light Roast Coffees, Day 2: mixing Brazil Fazenda Santa Luzia and Congo Kivu. The resulting mixture maintains the consistency of a light roast, while the flavors of the two really don't mingle very well. I should have used Coffee Tamer on this, since it's giving me a lot of gas.
