Trying to solve an ARG puzzle for my favorite game, Warframe. There is an update coming out called Warframe 1999 and this eye, along with the 3 symbols behind it, were on the front page of the ARG, with the words "WE END AS WE BEGAN". I realized last night that the symbols look like they could combine into a QR code, which were invented in 1999. They are each 21 pixels wide, and the original QR codes were 21x21 pixels. That said, I'm stumped. Feels like I'm missing a cipher.
