Just that small but terrifying reminder that the US army did perform successful experiments with drugs and "psychic viewing". They also just...openly admitted to it in FOIA requests and no one really believes it.
@lacuda weird. So maybe people don't believe it's true because they've seen it in too many movies about the US army.

@DavidKMresists that's exactly it! The film "Men Who Stare At Goats" was allowed to be made, based on this, for that exact reason. They tried to make it seem like a big joke....but the more you look into the actual tests and the results...it's unnerving
