and should this Russo-Ukrainian war break into a wider war, I would bet that Hungary would, like Belarus and Serbia, would side with Russia

This would be all world exports
HUngary, while part of the EU, and a NATO member, Democracy in that country is failing, and their latest leader is an authoratarian, and has shown favoritism towards Putin and Russia

So, in what is appearantly meant to be a sideways move to show solidarity with Putin, He's cutting wheat exports to the rest of Europe, thereby causing a huge spike in Wheat futures
