BREAKING: The Texas Supreme court has issued a "temporary" halt on a Texas Court ruling allowing a woman with an nonviable pregnancy to get an abortion.

The stay was issued pending a hearing by the Texas Supreme Court

She is twenty weeks pregnant with a fetus that will be nonviable outside the womb and the pregnancy is a threat to her health and her ability to have another child later.
