This is Matt Harding. Him and his girlfriend, Melissa Nixon took 14 months unpaid leave from their jobs to go around the world and film him doing his goofy dance.
He blogged about it and at first nobody cared. But it eventually started to catch fire, and he'd post in advance where they were gonna be.
