A certain landlord with 26 units put up vote no on rent control signs everywhere -after raising rents twice in the past year. Calls himself Christian.. has a gorgeous property on prime land over looking the ocean.and it’s still not enough. this is why rents are forty percent or more of peoples’ income. /rant
