@redenigma We stayed in an a-frame down in the Lake of the Ozarks in October - I believe it was built in 1986, it was TINYYY, and I think Zillow has it at 150K.
All of the major development at the Lake is on the other side from where we stayed, we were not ON the lake, but about 10 min walk away.
The property on the developed side is 6 times what it is on the undeveloped side.
We were about 15 minutes from a gas station.

@kismatt this one is on Martha's Vineyard, but inland. it's really too bad that only the very wealthy can have vacations/vacation homes now.
