Harley got into some DayQuil while I was taking 15 to the oral surgeon. Hubby was supposed to be watching her.
We are now at the vets.
Goddamn it!
She's already thrown up 7 times.
They may give her charcoal. We are waiting to find out.
@Irishroze I had a standard Schanuzer that ate 3 of the Nyquil soft gels, and the vet didn't make her vomi or anything. We had to watch her for a few days, and that first 36 hours she was hallucinating and stumbling around.
Harley is 16.5 lbs. They said a standard dose of DayQuil would have killed her. Glad my vet is just around the corner!
She got a vomit inducer, then charcoal, then a shot to make her stop throwing up. I've got to take her back tomorrow for a liver test.
She's in hell right now. She keeps whining and wandering around like she can't get comfortable. Then she looks at me like "Momma, help" and I can only say sorryπ.
