my sourdough challah recipe says to glaze it. in general, i don't like glaze on sweet foods. does it really need the glaze?
@redenigma what kind of glaze? Can you just do an egg wash?
@kismatt it had egg wash before baking. the suggested glaze is boiling sugar, honey & optional orange blossom water together
