so, we're selling off the brewery equipment. asking price is $125k.
brewery comes in, looks it over, couple days later sends email saying we're paying you 55k for it, just waiting for the bank. we email back & say "um, no. it's 125k."
them" well, we don't think the bank will loan us that..."
so, another brewery comes in & buys the canner.
we tell the first brewery we sold the canner so we'll take 75k for the rest. they say "no, without the canner we'll pay 35k"
to which we replied "sucks to be you then, because it's 75k"
we aren't selling out because we have to. it's because we choose to. we don't need lowball bullshit
