@Brisse I don't really like it either, but then I found this lace Swiss at a dairy co-op in Wisconsin - it's Stettler Swiss at Decatur Dairy in Brodhead, WI. Their Muenster and fresh curds are v v yum as well.
Yes, I did drive 5 hours one way for cheese, why do you ask? ;)
