Why is Texas going backwards?

Really? Remove the librarians? Make the rooms 'time-out' rooms but leave the books (oooh, yeah, they'll last)?

How about we take out the admin offices and make THEM the time-out rooms, but leave all your stuff in there - it'll be fine. It's apparent that the HISD administrators don't need those spaces.
