@spacesloth good luck on your nicotine abstinence. I stopped in 2000 after 14 years, cold turkey. I had chronic bronchitis and decided I'd rather breathe than smoke. Wasn't easy.

If you aren't diabetic, I'd recc getting a bag of DumDums. Also clean your car - no ashtray to stare at you, and no smell of smoke.
