Ugh, I'm sorry & I feel your pain
I gave up on pain management, bc they didn't really help much since I didn't want to be on opiates or have surgery. I self-medicated with low dose kratom and yoga (but my pain is from ddd & herniated discs, so idk if that would help you - and kratom should be used sparingly)

@ExecutiveFunction404 I broke my back in two places in 91,sheer bloody mindedness got me through for a lot of years but getting a lot older now and it's getting to be harder to switch off to.I sometimes look like I'm doing yoga but that's just me getting out of bed these days.😂
Ouch. The worst I broke was my leg, skiing at Killington 🙃

@ExecutiveFunction404 Fell over a piece of straw and a hen kicked me,as my Grandmother would've said.😂 Poorly maintenanced Land Rover,wheel sheared off at the nuts and we ended up down a 15ft gully.We got off fairly lightly,was on a country road and we were doing 30mph.Ten minutes earlier and it would've caught us on the motorway doing 60.
