I'm not going to hold old Anton LaVey up as a wise man. He would tell you himself he's a carny.
But I do think he had something, when he said that kindness should be for those who earn it, and harshness for those who demand it.

@killingfloorman I know several in the Belfast area that own literally dozens and are on at least their 5th remortgage on all of them.They never do any renovations beyond cosmetic and have been skinning tenants for years.I hope they lose them all. @AskTheDevil
