Pick any photo of any two 80-year-olds, one of whom has led an active lifestyle, used their imagination a lot, and traveled and done a fuck-ton of varied things for decades and the other of whom has always slothed about at a sedentary job and at home for decades, and you'll get the same visual result.
That said, I kinda hope #MoscowMitch lingers incapacitated and juuuust near death for decades.
