@JKxZ which is why we the people (of every country) need to redefine the role of government. Housing, education, health and utilities are not for-profit ventures. They need to be accessible to everyone who lives in the country

@killingfloorman so long as people’s retirement funds are tied up in buying/owning all the real estate in order to rent it back to people at a higher than acceptable dollar amount we will never get dug out of the hole.

Companies like BlackRock need to be divested from real estate fully to ensure a stable and affordable housing market.
