Back in the gym for the first time in a long time, forgot how much I liked it 💪

@jdtasker do you have any recommendations about how to successfully return to the gym?

I just had to force myself to go, once there and lifted the first weight I was excited to be there and now look forward to working out. I started with a structured workout so I'm not winging it and don't burn myself out quickly.
I'm doing a 3 day split for weights, M-W-F and cardio on T-T.
I'm using this app for weight training:

I plan to progress to a 4 day split as I get strength.
