Okay super sleuths, let's see if you can figure this one out. This truck was pulling a trailer with a backhoe on it. However, the truck driver was pulled over by a police officer. Why do you suppose the driver was pulled over? What sort of infraction could have occurred?
@kendonnelly I was too far away to ascertain the skin colour of the driver. I didn't want to get too close because I didn't want to risk getting spotted by a cop.
