You're going to see some news reports about a rudder actuator on Boeing 737s that is sticking. Two things. First, no US carriers use that particular rudder actuator anymore. Second, the airplane has three independent rudder actuators so even if one were to stick it is possible to overpower it with the remaining two. Not a Boeing manufacturing defect, rather a supplier problem that has been identified and corrected.
